Crown Point Requirements

Adult Candidates

Submit your high school transcripts and/or your GED scores (not the diploma). Regardless of when you graduated, your school will still have your transcripts, so don’t worry! If your high school no longer exists, you can contact the school corporation. To make this process easier, use our Transcript Request Form for your convenience.

Criteria

  • Earn a 2.3 GPA on a 4 point scale.

Students who fall short of USF criteria will be required to submit an admissions essay. If you have questions about your eligibility, please call us at 877.803.8879. Your admissions counselor can guide you through the application process.

Transfer Students

Transferring doesn’t have to be a difficult process. We have admissions counselors who are specially trained to help transfer students and USF is one of the few schools that offers academic scholarships to transfer students.

Criteria

  1. Earn a 2.3 GPA on a 4 point scale.
  2. Earn a combined SAT score of 1000+ on the reading and math sections or earn an ACT composite score of 21+. (SAT/ACT waived with 12 or more college credits)

Students who fall short of USF criteria will be required to submit an admissions essay. If you have questions about your eligibility, please call us at 877.803.8879. Your admissions counselor can guide you through the application process.

As a transfer student, you may have course work earned at accredited institutions evaluated and posted to your USF transcript as long as a grade of “C” or better was earned. Some courses may require a transfer grade of “B” or better based on the major requirements. Accepted credit hours are not included in the computation of your USF GPA. Use our Transcript Request Form to have your transcripts transferred to USF Crown Point.

Allied Health, Nursing and Science majors have a 5-year limit when transferring in science and pharmacology courses. For more information, please contact our admissions team at cpadm@sf.edu.
